We are hiring Relationship Executives/Managers to join our growing General Insurance sales team. This role involves new client acquisition, managing existing client relationships, and offering tailored insurance solutions including Motor Insurance, Non-Motor Insurance (Fire, Marine, Engineering, Liability, etc.), Workmen Compensation (WC), and Health Insurance.Key Responsibilities:- New Business Development: Acquire new clients by promoting a range of general insurance products like Motor, Non-Motor, Health, WC, Property, Fire & Marine Insurance.- Client Servicing: Provide dedicated support to clients on policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and claims.- Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term client relationships and ensure excellent post-sale service.- Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with underwriting, claims, operations, and other teams to ensure timely and seamless service.- Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and new insurance products.- MIS & Reporting: Maintain sales pipeline data, client communication logs, and daily activity reports.Key Skills & Competencies:- Strong knowledge of General Insurance products (Motor, Health, WC, Fire, Marine, etc.)- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Sales-driven with a customer-first approach- Problem-solving and negotiation skills- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred) (ref:updazz.com)
