We are seeking an experienced Relationship Executive who will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients by understanding their tax and financial needs, providing personalized advice, cross-selling relevant tax, investments and financial banking products and services, and actively seeking new business opportunities to achieve sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction and compliance with banking regulations; essentially acting as a trusted advisor to clients throughout their banking journey.

Client Acquisition and Onboarding: Identify potential clients, initiate contact, and manage the onboarding process to establish enhanced relationships
Relationship Management: Regularly engage with clients to understand their financial goals, proactively offer suitable banking solutions, and address any concerns.
Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough client assessments to iden fy financial needs and tailor tax, investments or banking products and services accordingly.
Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional banking products like credit cards, investments, or insurance to existing clients.
Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets for new accounts, crossselling, and revenue genera on.
Client Retention: Actively manage client relationships to minimize a rision and maintain long-term loyalty.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and resolving issues effec vely.
Compliance: Adhere to all income tax policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements regarding KYC (Know Your Customer).
Market Knowledge: Stay updated on market trends, new products, and regula ons to provide informed advice to clients. Desired Skill

Sales Acumen: Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in financial services or business loan sales.

Persuasive Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate loan terms and conditions to reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
Customer Service Orientation: Commitment to providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Resilience and Persistence: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude while consistently pursuing leads.
Experience Required
Minimum 2 years of experience as Relationship Building in a bank or financial services company
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment. Familiarity with CRM software and telephony systems
