Role & Responsibilities
Support sales activities for assigned real estate projects.
Assist in generating leads through client interaction, networking, and follow-ups.
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
Coordinate between customers and the company for project details, pricing, and new launches.
Help in maintaining and expanding the customer database.
Update the lead management portal (CRM) on a daily basis.
Stay informed about ongoing projects, new launches, and market trends.
Prepare and share sales reports with the team/management.
Requirements
Education:
MBA/PGDM (Marketing specialization preferred, final-year students may also apply).
Must Have:
Laptop
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in client handling and willingness to learn real estate sales.
Good presentation and negotiation skills.
Energetic, team-oriented, and proactive attitude.
Work Details
Working Days:
Tuesday to Sunday (Monday weekly off).
Timings:
10:00 AM - 6:30 PM.
Dress Code:
Formal.
