Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
Handle client queries, concerns, and escalations promptly through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Coordinate with internal teams for client support, issue resolution, and service updates.
Follow up with clients for feedback, pending documents, and payments.
Generate leads, onboard new customers, and help increase company sales volume.
Maintain proper records of communication and reports in Excel or CRM.
Ensure client retention through excellent after-sales service and relationship management.
Requirements:
Laptop is mandatory
(Work cannot be performed without it).
Minimum 6 months - 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales, or Client Handling (Freshers with good communication can also apply).
Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English).
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, WhatsApp Web, Google Sheets).
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Positive attitude and strong problem-solving approach.
