Job Summary:

We're seeking a young and dynamic Relationship Manager (preferably female) to join our team. As a Relationship Manager, you'll be responsible for managing customer relationships, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service through calling and telecalling.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries and concerns via phone and telecalling

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner

- Meet customer service standards and targets

- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues

- Provide feedback to improve customer service processes

Requirements:

- 0-2 years of experience in customer service or related field

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

- Proficiency in handling customer concerns via phone and telecalling

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets

- Graduate degree in relevant field

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in banking, finance, or customer service

- Knowledge of customer service software and tools

- Strong analytical and time-management skills

Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience)

Note: We're looking for female candidates for this role and noida based
