Job Description

We are looking for a

Relationship Executive

to join our stock broking team in Rajkot. The role involves managing client relationships, supporting clients with account-related activities, and promoting our trading services. The ideal candidate will be proactive, client-focused, and comfortable handling both in-office and on-field responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage strong relationships with clients. Provide client servicing including account opening, KYC updates, modifications, and closure requests. Share reports with clients such as

PNL reports, invoices, ledgers, and statements

as required. Provide

training and guidance on our mobile trading application

, and assist clients with basic troubleshooting. Generate new leads, explain stock broking services, and facilitate

account opening

. Visit client locations for

collection of KYC forms, documents, and other requirements

. Assist clients with queries related to investments, applications, and trading activities. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely client servicing.
Desired Candidate Profile

Education

: Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Finance preferred).

Languages

: Proficiency in

Gujarati and English

is preferred.

Skills

: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of stock markets / trading platforms will be an advantage. Ability to provide client support and explain processes clearly. Good organizational, documentation, and reporting skills. Willingness to visit clients as required.
