Radon India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and target-driven
Business Development Executive (BDE)
to generate new business opportunities and build strong client relationships in the interior solutions domain. The role involves lead generation, client coordination, and supporting revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through cold calling, site visits, references, and online platforms
Identify and approach potential clients for interior projects (residential, commercial, modular, turnkey)
Conduct initial discussions with clients to understand requirements and expectations
Schedule and coordinate client meetings with designers and project teams
Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and follow-ups
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project handover after closure
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM
Market research to identify new business opportunities and trends
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field
Proven experience as a BDE / Sales Executive (Interior or Real Estate preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to handle client meetings and presentations confidently
Knowledge of interior industry processes is an advantage
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Proficient in MS Excel, CRM tools, and basic reporting
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
