The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, identifying business opportunities, meeting potential clients, and promoting Radon India's interior solutions/products. This role involves on-ground client interactions, site visits, and driving sales growth through strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities in assigned territories.
Conduct field visits to meet potential clients, architects, contractors, and businesses.
Explain company products, modular solutions, and interior offerings to clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Gather market intelligence regarding competitors, market trends, and customer requirements.
Maintain and update daily sales reports, client data, and follow-up details.
Coordinate with the design, technical, and installation team for smooth project execution.
Visit client sites for requirement understanding, measurement coordination, and follow-ups.
Support in documentation, quotations, pricing discussions, and order closures.
Skills & Requirements
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Field sales experience preferred (Interior/Modular/Construction industry is an added advantage).
Good presentation skills.
Comfortable with local travel and client visits.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, and maintaining reports.
Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
Qualifications
Any graduation (Preferred: BBA, B.Com, Marketing specialization).
1-3 years of field sales experience (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
