Relationship Manager

in client servicing and coordination. This role focuses on managing client relationships, ensuring smooth communication, and supporting business operations rather than executing social media tasks directly.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients Build and maintain strong, professional client relationships Understand client objectives and communicate requirements to internal teams Coordinate project timelines and ensure deliverables are met Monitor client satisfaction and address concerns in a timely manner Assist in planning and reviewing advertising or marketing activities Support team collaboration to ensure smooth workflow and service delivery

Requirements:

Minimum

1 year of experience

in relationship management, client servicing, or account handling Strong verbal and written communication skills Basic understanding of advertising campaigns and marketing processes Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage priorities Professional, detail-oriented, and solution-focused approach
