Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



1. Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with mapped clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing personalized investment advice.

2. Investment Guidance: Analysing, investor needs and recommending Company's approved mutual fund options to help clients achieve their financial goals.

3. Sales and Marketing: Promoting mutual fund products and services to potential clients and meeting sales targets.

4. Portfolio Management: Monitoring and Reviewing clients' investment portfolios (Monthly/Quarterly/Half-yearly) to ensure optimal performance.

5. Compliance and Reporting: Ensuring all transactions comply with regulatory requirements and preparing regular reports/MIS for clients and management and reporting as and when asked.

6. Sales Growth: Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross selling and working towards achieving sales targets.

7. Collaboration: Working closely with sales, marketing and other internal teams to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.

Customer Support: addressing and resolving client issues and complaints promptly to maintain trust and satisfaction.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client issues and improve service delivery.

Proficiency in sales techniques and a deep understanding of sales processes.

Ability to work collaboratively with different departments to achieve common goals.

Typical Qualifications:



Education:

A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in sales or customer relationship management can be beneficial.

Experience:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or relationship management roles is often required.

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
