We are seeking a highly passionate and experienced Relationship Executive to join our organization. As a RE, you will utilize your convincing and persuasive skills to add value to our portfolio of carbon removal initiatives.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Research and identify key prospects in new or existing markets based on the assigned sectors
Manage business development pipeline, generate
leads, and cold call prospective clients
Seek out the appropriate contact in an
organization and extract value
Meeting with customers in person or over video
conferencing
Foster and develop relationships with customers
Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond
effectively
Manage clients, address any on-going needs, and draw up contracts - depending on the business value Train members of your team and arranging
external training where appropriate
Keep abreast of trends and changes in
sustainability
REQUIRED SKILLS
MBA in Finance, Marketing or related field
(Preferred)
Proven experience (2-4 years) in client handling (experience in the carbon market or related field is preferred)
Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet
or exceed targets
Teamwork and decision-making skills
Negotiation skills and proficiency in using CRM
software and other
business development tools
