The Relationship Manager - Solar Sales is responsible for driving solar project sales by building and managing strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in solar rooftop/utility projects
Manage client relationships from lead generation to deal closure
Conduct site visits, prepare proposals, and negotiate commercial terms
Coordinate with technical and operations teams for project execution
Achieve sales targets and maintain CRM records
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in solar/renewable energy sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Knowledge of solar products, EPC, or rooftop solutions preferred
