Key Responsibilities:

Acquire new

Home Loan (HL)

customers through field visits, market references, and tie-ups. Maintain and enhance relationships with existing customers to generate repeat business and referrals. Achieve monthly disbursement and sourcing targets as per organizational goals. Conduct customer profiling, eligibility checks, and ensure complete documentation for loan processing. Coordinate with internal teams (credit, operations, and disbursement) to ensure smooth loan processing and timely closure. Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and housing finance products to offer suitable solutions to clients. Ensure high standards of customer service and compliance with all company policies.
