Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented
Relationship Executive (Field)
with strong experience in
B2B marketing
, especially within the
FMCG and manufacturing sectors
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, generating business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through field visits and regular interaction.
Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct field visits to meet existing and potential B2B clients across assigned regions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Identify new business opportunities within FMCG and manufacturing industries.
Present company products/services and provide customized solutions based on client requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and customer support.
Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, follow-ups, and closures.
Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to management.
Attend trade events, exhibitions, and industry meets as required.
Key Requirements
Minimum
2-5 years
of experience in
B2B marketing
, preferably in
FMCG or manufacturing
sectors.
Strong field sales exposure with the ability to travel extensively.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Good understanding of market trends and client needs in FMCG/manufacturing.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
