Relationship Manager / Branch Manager / Sales Head
The Relationship Executive is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and driving business growth through effective relationship management. This role involves understanding client needs, providing suitable product or service solutions, and ensuring smooth communication between the company and its customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.
Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of products/services.
Assist in achieving sales targets by promoting products or services to clients.
Maintain client databases, track interactions, and prepare regular reports.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell products/services.
Participate in client meetings, events, and promotional activities.
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement.
Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
Proven experience in customer relationship management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Positive attitude and customer-focused approach
