Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell
SBI Credit Cards
through modern trade, retail outlets, and field campaigns.
Identify potential customers and explain product benefits, features, and offers.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and productivity targets.
Maintain positive relationships with retail partners and store managers.
Ensure proper documentation and KYC compliance during onboarding.
Report daily sales updates and market insights to the team leader.
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification:
12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
Experience:
Freshers or candidates with experience in sales, BFSI, telecom, or retail.
Age Limit:
18-32 years.
Language:
Malayalam (mandatory), English or Hindi (added advantage).
Must have:
Smartphone and willingness to travel locally.
Skills Required:
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Positive attitude and customer-first approach.
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
