Job Description

Client relationship management:

Act as the primary point of contact, building and nurturing long-term relationships with existing clients.

Sales and growth:

Identify client needs and propose tailored solutions, as well as actively seeking opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products or services.

Customer support:

Handle client inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner, providing regular updates and resolving issues effectively.

Followup and reporting:

Maintain accurate client records in a CRM system and generate reports on client satisfaction, feedback, and business performance.

Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams like sales, marketing, and product development to ensure client needs are met and strategies are aligned

Interpersonal skills:

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are crucial for building rapport and managing relationships effectively.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
