Responsibilities -
Ensuring regular contact with existing clients
Ensuring all hiring requests received from clients are processed within set timelines.
Keeping client updated on Employees Onboarding, Exit, and Renewal status.
Coordinating with clients for approvals relating to employees' renewals, exits or onboarding. Maintaining daily tracker for the client for Onboarding
Coordinating with internal teams to ensure all client requests are processed on a priority
Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively.
Ensuring all employee salaries are released on time based on timelines set by the client.
Ensuring employee letter requests are processed within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the requests.
