to manage and grow relationships with schools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with school administrators, understanding their needs, promoting our school and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with school decision-makers (principals, coordinators, administrators & parents).
Act as the primary point of contact between the company and partner schools.
Promote company products/services such as [insert e.g., digital learning tools, school kits, assessment platforms, etc.].
Schedule and conduct regular meetings, presentations, and training sessions at schools.
Understand the specific needs and challenges of each school and provide tailored solutions.
Track and manage the full customer lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing support.
Handle queries, resolve complaints, and ensure timely problem resolution.
Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, support) to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Achieve assigned sales or relationship goals (renewals, upsells, satisfaction scores, etc.).
Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales, and feedback using CRM tools.
Collect and relay market intelligence and competitor insights.
