We are recruiting for a Relationship Executive to introduce and nurture steady, mutually beneficial relationships with our clients. As a Relationship Executive, you should maintain contact with clients, work to understand their needs, and then advise them on which of our offerings could best support their objectives. To succeed as a Relationship Executive, you should ensure alinement between our organisation\xe2\x80\x99s objectives and each client\xe2\x80\x99s needs. Ultimately, an indispensable Relationship Executive will take ownership of their work, including their role in promoting clients\xe2\x80\x99 interests. :-
Ensure regular contact with existing clients to maintain our company\xe2\x80\x99s presence.
Conduct in-depth needs assessments to better understand each client\xe2\x80\x99s requirements.
Identify a range of our offerings that could meet the goals and values of each client.
Repair disengaged or fractured relationships.
Propose and deliberate potential solutions in consultation with clients.
Encourage clients to upgrade their existing packages and to purchase additional offerings.
Settle clients\xe2\x80\x99 concerns in a swift and professional manner.
Harness internal relationships to better address clients\xe2\x80\x99 needs and to maximise our profits.
Cultivating solid relationships with clients through the provision of exceptional after-sales service.
Regularly interacting with clients through telephone calls, email communications, or face-to-face meetings.
Identifying ways to provide new marketing ideas to enhance the brand and also generate business opportunities for the client
Maintaining an accurate record of all marketing activities
Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Interact with Team / developers via email or phone regularly to provide status updates, learn new workflows and systems, and promote additional services.
Ability to analyze documents and follow complex rules.
Ability to stay focused for an extended period of time.
Ability to use own initiative for problem solving
Roles & Responsibilities
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s / masters degree in business administration or an industry-related field.
Proven experience working as a client servicing executive.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft word
Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
The ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional customer service skills
Strong knowledge of branding
Understanding of digital marketing
