We are looking for a skilled Relationship Executive to join our Team. The Relationship Executive will be responsible to handle the calls related to enquires and guide the people as per the requirements.
Responsibilities
Handling the customer calls effectively
Address customer inquiries via Phone & E - Mail
Meet or exceed customer service targets and objectives
Adept in customer handling and maintaining the relations
Database Management of the clienteles and event follow-ups
Skills
Good in oral and written communications (Proficient in Tamil / English)
Interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Requirements
Education :
Any Graduate / Relevant Academic Qualification
Experience :
Fresher's / 1 + yrs of experience in customer handling role
