Job Description

We are hiring a target-driven Telecaller to make outbound calls, source and screen candidates, and support blue-collar hiring. Strong communication skills and high-volume recruitment experience are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential candidates for blue-collar job roles (e.g., Delivery Boy, Auto Drivers, technicians. Onboarding new candidates on company portal (BMS). Explain job details clearly including salary, shifts, location, and responsibilities. Source candidates through databases, job portals, referrals, and other platforms. Screen candidates based on job requirements and shortlist suitable profiles. Maintain and update the candidate database on a regular basis. Coordinate interview schedules, walk-ins, and selection events. Follow up with candidates until joining and ensure timely onboarding. Meet daily/weekly calling and hiring targets. Resolve candidate queries professionally and maintain a positive candidate experience. Prepare daily MIS reports on calls, leads, and hiring status.

Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in telecalling or recruitment (blue-collar hiring preferred). Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or regional languages; basic English is a plus. Ability to make high-volume calls (150-200 calls/day). Good convincing and negotiation skills. Familiarity with recruitment tools, job portals, or CRM systems. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, etc.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
