The Relationship Executive will be responsible for sourcing, mobilizing, and deploying security guards and supervisors for G4S client sites. The role involves end-to-end coordination between clients, field teams, and candidates to ensure smooth and timely manpower supply.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with G4S site managers and HR teams to understand manpower requirements.
Source suitable security guards, supervisors, and related manpower from different regions.
Conduct screening, document verification, and background checks as per company and client standards.
Ensure timely joining and deployment of candidates at client sites.
Maintain relationships with local vendors, training institutes, and referral networks for candidate supply.
Handle joining formalities, ID card processing, and uniform distribution.
Maintain proper records of hired and deployed security personnel.
Resolve on-ground issues related to attendance, absenteeism, or replacements.
Prepare daily and weekly recruitment status reports.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Graduate / 12th pass with relevant experience.
1-3 years of experience in security guard hiring, staffing, or manpower coordination (preferred experience with facility management or security agency).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of local areas and candidate sourcing methods.
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, etc.).
Willingness to travel for field recruitment and site visits.
