Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Relationship Executive to manage exhibitor, workshop, and event partnerships for our exhibition gallery space. The role involves end-to-end coordination, from client outreach and onboarding to on-ground execution, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Proactively reach out to potential exhibitors, workshop facilitators, dance instructors, and event planners via calls, messages, emails, and social media.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
Act as the single point of contact for clients from initial enquiry to post-event follow-up.
Maintain a structured client database with regular follow-ups.
Event, Exhibition & Workshop Coordination
Plan, coordinate, and execute exhibitions, workshops, pop-up shows, and events at the gallery.
Coordinate schedules, bookings, and space allocation for multiple activities.
Ensure all client requirements are understood and executed accurately.
Oversee on-ground setup, stall arrangements, branding placements, and vendor coordination during events.
Ensure smooth, hassle-free execution and a professional experience for all clients and participants.
Communication & Operations
Handle all client communication including calling, WhatsApp messaging, emails, and follow-ups.
Coordinate internally with operations, marketing, and support teams.
Troubleshoot issues during events and resolve them promptly.
Planning & Reporting
Maintain and update a monthly activity calendar covering exhibitions, workshops, and events.
Track enquiries, conversions, and event performance.
Maintain regular reports on client outreach, bookings, and upcoming events .
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
