Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused

Client Relationship Executive

to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with clients, resolving queries, and exploring new business opportunities through client engagement and referrals.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and new customers. Resolve customer queries efficiently and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Provide timely updates and information regarding products or services purchased by the customer. Identify customer needs and pitch relevant new products or suggest upgrades to existing services. Conduct regular client visits and meetings to strengthen engagement and trust. Generate new leads through client referrals and explore opportunities for business expansion. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and report insights to the sales or service teams.

Candidate Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline Must own a two-wheeler and a valid driving license Excellent communication skills in

Gujarati

(mandatory), Hindi, and English Proficiency in basic computer operations (MS Office, email, data entry) Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Good knowledge of Ahmedabad's geography and localities is essential

Pay: ₹10,163.82 - ₹20,000.00 per month
