Key Responsibilities:
? Achieve quarterly sales targets through paid leads & data calling.
? Pitch relevant property options to prospective buyers.
? Assist in site visits and ensure smooth deal closures.
? Daily follow-ups on assigned leads to maximize conversions.
? Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
? Collaborate as a team player under the guidance of the sales manager.
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:
? Excellent communication (English + Hindi; Telugu is a plus).
? Strong negotiation & customer handling skills.
? Ability to make quick, confident decisions.
? Self-motivated with a hunter mindset.
