Job Summary:



We are seeking a driven and client-oriented Relationship Executive to join our financial services team in Pune. The role involves acquiring new clients, nurturing long-term relationships, and delivering comprehensive financial solutions. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about financial advisory and sales, particularly in Mutual Funds and related investment products.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Client Relationship Management & Service



Proactively engage with existing clients to understand their financial objectives and conduct regular portfolio reviews. Deliver timely, accurate, and insightful responses to client queries and service requirements. Strengthen client relationships by identifying opportunities to enhance wallet share and promote suitable financial products.

2. Business Development & Sales:



Acquire new retail and HNI clients through networking, referrals, and structured business development initiatives. Cross-sell and up-sell a variety of financial products to meet customer needs and boost revenue. Consistently achieve assigned sales, business development, and revenue targets.

3. Financial Advisory & Compliance:



Conduct detailed financial needs assessments to recommend suitable investment and protection solutions. Maintain strong product knowledge across Mutual Funds, Insurance, Bonds, and other investment instruments. Ensure accurate completion of documentation, including KYC and compliance-related processes.

Qualifications & Skills:



Education:

Graduate or Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Certifications:

NISM or IRDAI certifications are an added advantage.

Experience:

0-1 year in sales or financial advisory; candidates with insurance sales backgrounds may also apply.

Sales & Negotiation

: Strong persuasion capabilities with a target-driven mindset.

Client Orientation:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.

Product Knowledge:

Basic understanding of financial markets and investment products.

Self-Motivated:

Proactive, goal-oriented, and eager to build a long-term career in financial services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?250,000.00 - ?450,000.00 per year
