Duties



Lead business development efforts to identify new opportunities and expand existing accounts. Engage in B2B sales activities, focusing on building long-term relationships with clients. Conduct warm calling to potential clients to generate leads and nurture prospects. Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies that promote brand awareness and product offerings. Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and analyzing sales data. Oversee technical sales presentations and product demonstrations to effectively communicate value propositions. Manage key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention through excellent service delivery. Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making. Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Skills



Proven negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. Strong background in business development, particularly within technology sales. Experience in B2B sales environments with a focus on account management. Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing customer interactions. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex ideas clearly. Strong analytical skills for assessing market data and identifying growth opportunities. Leadership capabilities to inspire teams towards achieving common goals. Familiarity with marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversion rates.
