Sales Representative

to join our Real Estate team. This role is ideal for

female candidates

who are passionate about sales, eager to learn, and excited to build a career in the real estate industry. Freshers with strong communication skills and a go-getter attitude are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell residential and/or commercial real estate properties to potential clients. Handle client inquiries, schedule site visits, and provide property details. Maintain a deep understanding of product knowledge, pricing, and market trends. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Assist in closing deals and achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets. Maintain records of leads, contacts, and client interactions. Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional events and campaigns.

Requirements:

Female candidates only Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate (any stream) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Freshers are welcome; prior sales or customer-facing experience is a plus Confident, energetic, and self-motivated Willingness to work on field and flexible with work timings (if required) Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory)
