Job Description

Welcome and assist walk-in customers, ensuring a positive customer experience. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to drive sales and loyalty. Follow up with leads, inquiries, and potential customers to convert into sales. Assist customers in choosing vehicles based on their needs, preferences, and budget. Provide detailed information about product features, pricing, finance, insurance, exchange, and other offers. Ensure smooth documentation for sales, finance, insurance, and registration processes. Conduct regular follow-ups post-delivery to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues. Coordinate with service and CRM teams for after-sales support and customer complaint resolution. Work towards achieving monthly sales, referral, and customer satisfaction targets. Update and maintain customer data in CRM/ERP systems. Participate in promotional activities, roadshows, and customer engagement events organized by the dealership.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
