As a Relationship Executive at Auto Hangar, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with premium clients. You will act as the key point of contact for customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while also driving sales of luxury vehicles and related services.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective customers.
Build trust and rapport with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and corporate clients.
Maintain strong post-sale relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
Sales Support:
Assist in understanding customer needs and recommend suitable Mercedes-Benz models.
Collaborate with the sales team to close deals.
Coordinate test drives, vehicle delivery, and after-sales follow-ups.
Customer Experience:
Ensure a premium showroom experience aligned with luxury brand standards.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests with professionalism.
Arrange exclusive events and experiences for VIP clients.
CRM & Reporting:
Maintain and update customer information in CRM tools.
Follow up regularly with leads and document interactions.
Prepare reports on customer engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or client relationship roles.
Experience in luxury retail, automotive, or hospitality sectors is a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English (regional language proficiency is a plus).
Customer-centric approach and polished presentation.
Ability to manage time and multitask efficiently.
Knowledge of CRM software and basic MS Office tools.
