Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients.
Handle client queries and provide timely and accurate solutions.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Support sales activities including lead follow-ups and appointment scheduling.
Maintain accurate client data, interactions, and reports in CRM systems.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Meet assigned relationship, service and sales targets.
