Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Relationship Engagement Manager (REM) to drive seamless employee experience and operational excellence across our contract workforce. This role demands strong relationship-building capabilities, HR operational expertise, and a deep understanding of consulting/staffing dynamics. The REM will act as a key bridge between internal teams, deployed consultants, and client stakeholders to ensure effective workforce management and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Consultant Lifecycle Management

  • Manage onboarding, confirmation, extension, and exit processes for contract employees
  • Coordinate issuance of offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documents
  • Ensure smooth induction, background verification, and timely joining
2. Client & Consultant Engagement
  • Serve as the single point of contact for consultants deployed at client sites
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders to ensure consultant satisfaction and retention
  • Facilitate regular check-ins, feedback sessions, and performance reviews
3. Compliance & Documentation
  • Ensure end-to-end compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments, etc.)
  • Maintain accurate consultant records and documentation in line with audit requirements
  • Coordinate with compliance and legal teams/vendors for timely updates and filings
4. Payroll & Attendance Coordination
  • Liaise with payroll teams to ensure timely and accurate disbursal of consultant salaries
  • Manage attendance tracking, timesheet collection, and client approvals
  • Resolve any payroll discrepancies or concerns raised by consultants
5. Employee Engagement & Grievance Redressal
  • Design and drive engagement initiatives for contract staff
  • Address consultant queries, grievances, and escalation matters promptly
  • Foster a positive consultant experience throughout the engagement cycle
6. Reporting & Stakeholder Communication
  • Prepare and share MIS reports, engagement trackers, and consultant dashboards
  • Provide proactive updates to internal leadership and client teams
  • Support client audits and workforce reviews with necessary documentation
Qualifications:
  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field is a plus
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Engagement, or Client Relationship Management within the staffing/consulting industry
  • Strong understanding of compliance and consultant lifecycle in India
  • Proficient in MS Office, HRMS, and reporting tools
