Job Title: Psychologist with Relationship Counselling Experience (With Interest in using Visual Aids such as Tarot /Oracle Therapy)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Relationship Counsellor to join our team of experts consulting global clients. In this unique role, you will leverage your expertise in psychology and counselling while learning how to integrate Tarot / Oracle techniques into therapeutic practices.

We will provide comprehensive training on Tarot and its application in therapy, helping you expand your skill set and offer innovative solutions to clients. Existing studies suggest that Tarot and Oracle techniques can be helpful tools for prompting self-reflection, providing a framework for discussion, and supporting clients in accessing their intuition--particularly when used as a supportive adjunct to traditional therapy practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct livestreaming sessions on the coto app, providing insights, practical tips, and guidance on relationship dynamics such as communication, conflict resolution, intimacy, and more. Engage in real-time with users, answering questions, addressing concerns, and offering actionable advice to help them overcome relationship challenges. Offer one-on-one consultations tailored to specific relationship issues, utilizing counselling techniques and methodologies. Listen actively to users, empathize with their experiences, and deliver non-judgmental, personalized guidance to support their journey toward healthier relationships. Integrate Tarot insights into therapeutic approaches to provide deeper self-awareness and transformative strategies for users (training provided). Stay updated on relationship counselling trends, research, and best practices to enhance your expertise continually. Adhere to confidentiality, ethical standards, and professionalism in all client interactions.
Qualifications:

Educational Background: Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience:

3 years of Proven experience as a relationship coach, counselor, or therapist with a deep understanding of human behavior and relationship dynamics. Comfort in conducting livestreaming sessions and remote consultations.
Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in an approachable manner. Empathetic and compassionate approach to counseling, with a focus on building trust and rapport. Strong active listening skills, combined with the ability to provide constructive feedback and actionable strategies. Adaptability to learn and integrate Oracle/Tarot practices into therapeutic methods. Professional Standards: Commitment to maintaining confidentiality, ethical integrity, and professionalism in all client interactions.
