RELATIONSHIP ASSOCIATE
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Handle inbound and outbound calls/emails to support customer needs.
Assist clients with inquiries, issues, and service requests.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve concerns promptly.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems.
Promote company services and ensure customer retention.
Provide timely follow-ups and feedback to improve client satisfaction.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
