Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Relationship Associate / Sales Executive with hands-on experience in selling farmland or farm-villa plots. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to build strong client relationships and close high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

Actively promote and sell the company's farmland and farm-villa projects. Generate leads through various channels -- online, referrals, and field activities. Conduct site visits with potential clients and provide detailed project presentations. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective negotiation and closing skills. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and project developments.
Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in farmland or villa projects. Excellent presentation, communication, and convincing skills. Ability to handle clients with professionalism and deliver a high-quality buying experience. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
