As a Relationship Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers at the embassy or Authorised Visa Agent (AVA). Your primary responsibility will be to provide hands-on guidance and support to applicants, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free visa application process. You will assist customers with document verification, clarify application requirements, and offer real-time solutions to their queries.

The Job



Assist Customers On-Site:

Help applicants navigate the visa application process, answer their questions, and provide step-by-step guidance.

Document Verification:

Review and verify customer documents to ensure compliance with visa regulations before submission.

Liaison with Officials:

Coordinate with embassy or AVA staff to facilitate a seamless process for applicants.

Status Updates:

Inform customers about their application status and assist with any additional documentation requests.

Queue & Appointment Management:

Guide applicants on appointment schedules, queue management, and submission protocols.

Maintain Confidentiality:

Handle sensitive customer data with utmost security and discretion.

Deliver Exceptional Customer Service:

Ensure a positive and supportive experience for all applicants, resolving concerns promptly and professionally.

The ideal candidate



Education:

A graduate degree is preferred.

Detail-Oriented & Organized:

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple applicants efficiently.

Strong Communicator:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly explain processes and requirements. Also, expertise in local language is a must.

Tech-Savvy:

Comfortable using digital tools for application tracking and updates.

Customer-Centric:

Previous experience in customer service is a plus, with a passion for assisting people.

Problem-Solver:

Ability to handle unexpected challenges and provide practical solutions on-site. *

Enthusiasm for the travel and immigration sector and a commitment to helping people with their journeys.
