2. Event Management:
Plan, organize, and execute corporate, cultural, and social events.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments for event logistics.
Prepare event budgets and ensure cost-effective implementation.
Manage event branding, invitations, schedules, and post-event feedback.
Maintain event records, photos, and reports for documentation.
3. Corporate Communication and Branding:
Support internal and external communication activities.
Assist in creating promotional materials, newsletters, and press releases.
Manage social media presence and coordinate with the communications team.
Represent the organization in public events and media interactions when required.
4. Administrative Support:
Maintain records related to events, guest lists, and feedback reports.
Assist in developing communication strategies and annual event calendars.
Support in developing and maintaining a positive workplace culture.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Public Relations, Event Management, or a related field.
4-7 years of experience in event coordination, hospitality, or relationship management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and event management tools.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
