Requirements
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities to expand our offerings within their businesses.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
• Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions that fulfill client needs and expectations.
• Conduct regular meetings and presentations with clients to discuss their performance, needs, and opportunities.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and networking.
• Analyze sales data and client feedback to develop strategies for increased client engagement.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics as outlined by the management.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales and relationship management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
