:
The Sales Engineer will be responsible for handling both project-based and product-based sales activities. The role involves maintaining sales records, tracking order progress, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting the achievement of sales targets in industrial automation projects and products.
Roles and Responsibilities
:
Ensure adherence to industry standards, policies, and customer service best practices.
Support pricing, costing, and preparation of sales documentation for tenders, RFQs, and project bids.
Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and techno-commercial offers for automation products and projects.
Follow up with customers for approvals, order confirmations, technical clarifications, and payments.
Monitor and track sales orders, project execution, material readiness, and dispatch schedules.
Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams for smooth order execution and after-sales support.
Coordinate with sales, engineering, and production teams for effective handling of project and product sales.
Maintain customer databases, sales pipeline, and order tracking systems in CRM.
Organize and facilitate customer meetings, technical discussions, and site or factory visits.
Prepare MIS reports, sales forecasts, and order status updates for management review.
Contribute to marketing activities, including product demonstrations, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Skills & Knowledge

Solid understanding of industrial automation products and related manufacturing processes.
Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Ability to interpret technical requirements and effectively engage with engineers and customers.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects/orders simultaneously.
Customer-focused, problem-solving approach.
Self-driven, proactive, and result-oriented attitude toward achieving sales goals.
Qualifications & Experience
:
Diploma / B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation (preferred).
4-7 years of experience in industrial sales coordination, preferably within automation, control panels, or electrical manufacturing.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
