Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and diagnose patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and functional impairments Develop individualized rehabilitation treatment plans Manage conditions such as stroke, spinal cord injury, brain injury, amputations, chronic pain, and sports injuries Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team (physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, psychologists, nurses) Prescribe physical therapy, occupational therapy, assistive devices, and medications Perform or oversee procedures Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Educate patients and families about rehabilitation goals, recovery expectations, and self-care Maintain accurate and timely medical records Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines, safety standards, and ethical practices Participate in clinical meetings, audits, and continuous professional development

Qualifications & Requirements

Medical degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent) Specialized training or residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation , ICU Management Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and functional assessment Excellent communication and teamwork skills Compassionate, patient-centered approach
