About the role


The Finance team is an integral part of any business. At Revolut, we take that one step further. Our global fintech would be lost without them. They're more than just an important part of the business -- they're our backbone.


We're looking for a Regulatory Reporting manager who'll combine data management and analysis to create our regulatory reports. You'll be compiling, reviewing, and managing all types of regulatory reports for Revolut India, so there'll always be something to learn.

What you'll be doing

Producing and reviewing current regulatory reports, including operational, capital, financial, etc. as required by the RBI for AD-II, PPI licences, and e-money and cards products Conducting regulatory impact assessment exercise as part of the Financial Regulatory Management process Supporting the business with the launch of new products and initiatives, ensuring regulatory reporting requirements are met Defining and documenting the scope of individual report requirements Assessing, developing, and maintaining proper controls, robust documentation, and change management approaches for all reporting areas Communicating issues with appropriate data owners, and tracking them to ensure timely and appropriate resolutions Staying current on new and evolving regulatory reporting requirements, assessing impact, and ensuring compliance for accurate reporting Working closely across departments to ensure regulatory reporting and decision support is of the highest possible standard Developing the regulatory reporting framework and operating model

What you'll need

Either 4+ years of experience working in a compliance or reporting function for a bank (or similar regulated entity), or 4+ years of experience as a consultant/auditor in a Big 4 (or similar environment) in financial services Excellent analytical and numerical skills The ability to make sense of regulations and develop processes and frameworks to compile new reports and enhance existing ones To be a self-starter and independent worker To be highly self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills The ability to relate to local cultural aspects while working in a highly diverse environment Great organisation skills to plan and deliver to tight deadlines with close attention to detail

Nice to have

Experience working with financial regulators Proficiency in regulatory reporting standard software (Adenza/Axiom) Experience in regulatory policy An understanding of financial accounting standards in India Knowledge of software or IT platform change initiatives
