Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the Compliance SPOC for coordinating with IT and InfoSec teams on regulatory matters, policy reviews, process improvements, and technology implementations.

Maintain detailed logs of discussions, action items, and deliverables between Compliance and IT for internal governance and audit readiness.

Track and document changes in IT-related regulations and circulars from RBI, SEBI, IRDAI, NPCI, CERT-In, etc., and maintain updated internal trackers and regulatory matrices.

Review and validate RBI and other regulatory returns (periodic and adhoc) containing IT-related inputs to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.

Assist in preparing responses and documentation for regulatory inspections, audits, and internal reviews involving technology and cybersecurity matters.

Maintain proper documentation and evidence of compliance with all technology-related regulatory requirements.

Participate in product and project meetings from the Compliance side, particularly where IT systems, integrations, or deliverables are discussed or finalized.

Provide compliance inputs for the planning and execution of technology projects, including system changes, data flows, or third-party integrations.

Support the Compliance team in implementing the Compliance Monitoring Tool by coordinating with IT, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Assist in the replacement of the current AML tool by articulating AML related requirements and ensuring that compliance expectations are properly embedded in system specifications.

Support implementation and monitoring of controls in key areas such as cybersecurity, IT outsourcing, data protection, and digital payment security in line with regulatory requirements.

Maintain internal compliance trackers and dashboards for IT related obligations, ongoing activities, and upcoming deadlines.

Prepare reports and presentations summarizing compliance status, key gaps, progress on audit points, and action plans for internal circulation.
