Job Title: Global Strategic Analytics Location : Bangalore Corporate Title : Assistant Vice President You will work in the Trading and Client Controls (TaCC) team implementing effective and efficient front to back control frameworks for the trading businesses, with a focus on Trader, Benchmark and Client Surveillance Controls. The TaCC team has an ongoing mandate to improve, enhance and support the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s effort to meet regulatory expectations for controls, including Trading Controls and Client Controls. Your key responsibilities

• Responsible for developing and implementing an effective and efficient front to back control framework with a focus on Trader andClient Controls
• Responsible for migrating functionality and data from legacy systems to strategic solution
• Engage with stakeholders and the Banks strategic systems for queries and troubleshooting
• Responsible for enhancing and maintaining several existing applications as well as greenfield development of new apps.

Your skills and experience

• Good computing and programming skills. The main language we use is Python but some C++, Javascript or Java will be considered a plus
• Development tools such as GitHub, Bitbucket and Jira
• Knowledge of python data science libraries like pandas and numpy.
• Good data manipulation, data engineering skills and familiarity with SQL
• Quantitative development and/or modelling experience in a financial service sector are an advantage
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
