About the internship
Position Summary:
As a Regulatory & Compliance Intern, you will be supporting the Regulatory & Compliance team in ensuring that Soulflower\'s new products meet all regulatory, safety, and legal standards across global markets. You will gain hands-on experience in compliance processes, IP protection, and clinical testing requirements while collaborating with various departments involved in New Product Development (NPD).
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Regulatory compliance for NPD
2. Intellectual property & legal
3. Clinical tests & safety protocols
4. Packaging safety & labeling
5. Documentation & reporting
6. Cross-functional collaboration

Other requirements
1. Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, Cosmetic Science, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field.
2. Knowledge Base: Basic understanding of regulatory frameworks (FDA, Ecocert, etc.) and intellectual property protection principles.
3. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. Attention to Detail: High attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential compliance issues.
5. Research Skills: Ability to conduct research and analyze regulatory guidelines, market standards, and legal documents.
6. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with database management for documentation purposes.
