Help clients transform their compliance function from reactive to proactive through an intelligent compliance operating model - powered by data, intelligent technologies and talent Looking for someone with AML and Fraud mgmt experience. Strategize, architect, Analyse, design, implement and contribute to engagements involving tools and processes associated with the prevention (or management ) of fraud.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities/Experience ?End to end knowledge in the areas of Fraud investigation, Fraud Detection, Dispute & Chargebacks. ?Understanding of Regulations and Truth in Lending Act ?Advanced Proficiency required in English Language for comprehension. ?2-year minimum experience in working in Fraud Investigation, Fraud Detection, Chargebacks & Disputes ?Proficiency in multitasking and managing multiple chat conversations simultaneously. ?Provide clear and actionable recommendations to enhance both user experience and compliance. Others ?Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues correctly and clearly to both internal and external customers. ?Excellent problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to analyze problems logically and make rational data driven decisions ?Self-disciplined, diligent, proactive and detail oriented. ?Preferred experience in customer handling, end-user interactions through chats, emails, etc. ?Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
