We are seeking Regulatory Business Analysts to support our ongoing Veeva RIMS implementation. This role serves as the critical link between regulatory business teams and the technical implementation team, ensuring requirements are accurately captured, communicated, and delivered.

The Role

Key Responsibilities:

Business Input Coordination

Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and the implementation team Gather, consolidate, and organize requirements and feedback from SMEs Support business teams with bandwidth constraints by ensuring nothing falls through the cracks

Information Management

Validate that requirements communicated to the technical team are complete and accurate Track discrepancies, decisions, and open questions--and drive resolution Maintain structured records of requirements, assumptions, and changes

Progress Tracking & Reporting

Track the status of RIMS implementation activities Prepare and circulate regular progress updates to relevant stakeholders

Compliance & Operational Support

Ensure business decisions align with regulatory expectations and compliance standards Provide coordination and operational assistance to functional leads throughout the project

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

Experience in Regulatory Affairs, Regulatory Operations, Business Analysis, or system implementation projects Strong communicator with excellent organization and follow-through Able to translate stakeholder needs into clear, actionable requirements Comfortable working across global teams and managing multiple priorities
