Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Regulatory Affairs Executive
to ensure compliance of our
cosmetics and personal care products
with international regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate should be experienced in regulatory documentation, artwork review, and certification preparation, while maintaining strict adherence to
US FDA, EU, and Indian Drug & Cosmetic Act regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Study
legal documents
and collate regulatory information across markets.
Ensure compliance with
Cosmetics & Perfumes Regulatory Agency
guidelines and country-specific requirements.
Stay updated with
regulatory legislation changes
and guidelines.
Define requirements for
labelling, storage, and packaging.
Maintain
product drawings, artworks, and document distribution records.
Prepare and maintain
MSDS, QQF, and country-specific documents
.
Support
QC/QA procedures
with record keeping, specifications, and inspection schedules.
Draft specifications for
In-process, Intermediate, Raw Material (RM), and Packaging Material (PM)
testing.
Prepare
test data sheets
for RM, PM, intermediates & stability testing.
Conduct and review
Impact Assessment / Risk Assessment reports.
Ensure GMP compliance in
raw material and batch documentation.
Review, update, and approve
artworks
as per country-wise legal requirements.
Prepare
certificates
including COA, GMP, No Animal Testing, Impurities, and Free Sale Certificates.
Monitor and research new
regulatory updates
proactively to ensure product compliance.
Maintain thorough knowledge of
personal care regulatory documentation.
Skills & Requirements
Strong knowledge of
US FDA & EU regulatory requirements.
Expertise in preparing
MSDS, COA, PIF, CPNP files.
Sound understanding of
Indian Drug & Cosmetic Act (Schedule S & GMP).
Hands-on experience with
JD Edwards / MS Office tools.
Excellent
English communication
(written & verbal).
Strong
problem-solving
and
result-oriented
approach.
Knowledge of
environmental monitoring, calibration of instruments, and cosmetic RM/PM stability tests.
Excellent
documentation, reporting, and analytical skills
with strong attention to detail.
Ideal Candidate

Strong ability to
interpret regulations
and apply them practically.
Capable of handling multiple projects with accuracy under regulatory timelines.
