Regulatory Affairs & Licensing Executive

Role Summary

Responsible for obtaining, renewing, and maintaining all statutory licenses and regulatory approvals required for wellness and nutraceutical operations, ensuring compliance with applicable pharma and food regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end licensing activities for wellness, nutraceutical, ayurvedic, and pharma-related products.

Obtain, maintain, and renew licenses such as FSSAI, Drug License, AYUSH, Trade License, Factory License, GST, and other statutory approvals as applicable.

Coordinate with central and state regulatory authorities for inspections, submissions, and approvals.

Ensure compliance with regulations under Drugs & Cosmetics Act, FSSAI Act, AYUSH guidelines, and other applicable laws.

Maintain accurate documentation, records, and trackers for all licenses and approvals.

Liaise with internal departments such as Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Legal for regulatory compliance.

Monitor regulatory updates and ensure timely implementation of changes.

Support audits and regulatory inspections by preparing documentation and ensuring readiness.

Assist in licensing requirements for new product launches, expansions, or new locations.

Educational Qualification

B.Pharm / M.Pharm

or equivalent pharmaceutical qualification

Experience

3-4 years in licensing/regulatory roles within pharma, nutraceutical, or wellness companies

Skills

Knowledge of pharma and wellness regulations Strong documentation and coordination skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
