We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Registration Executive to join our online school. The ideal candidate will handle student registrations, maintain accurate records, coordinate with parents and teachers, and ensure a smooth admission process.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage student registration and admission procedures
Maintain and update student records in the system
Communicate with parents regarding admission status, required documents, and follow-ups
Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth onboarding
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports related to admissions and registrations
Handle queries through calls, emails, and messages
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all data handled
Support other administrative tasks assigned by management
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Strong communication skills (English preferred)
Good computer knowledge (MS Office, online portals, CRM systems)
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Previous experience in admissions/registration is an added advantage
